When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider, Clerk. You may also provide additional profile information voluntarily.

We store the survey questions you create, the configuration settings you choose, and the predicted responses generated by our AI models.

We collect anonymized usage data to understand how our platform is used. This includes page views, feature usage, session duration, and general interaction patterns.

We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Customer Data Privacy

Your survey responses and predictions are private to you. We never share, sell, or publish customer survey data. Your research questions, configurations, and results belong to you and are only accessible through your account.

Our employees may access customer data only when required for technical support or to resolve issues you report, and only with appropriate access controls in place.

6. Open Data Pool

Inqvey may publish its own predictions on general-interest topics as part of our Open Data Pool. This content is created by Inqvey for public benefit and is never derived from customer data. Customer surveys, questions, and results are never included in the Open Data Pool.

Essential Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions and maintain your login state. These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies

We use optional analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site. These cookies are non-essential and you can opt out through your browser settings or our cookie preferences.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and survey data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data and survey data within 30 days of your request. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

  • Data is stored on DigitalOcean managed databases with encryption at rest and automated backups.

You have the right to:
